Nutcracker Ballet
December 10, 2000
It's been a tradition in Glenn's family for over a decade now.  Every Christmas season we all put on our finest and go to the ballet for Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker.  Glenn's parents Glenn Sr. and Jeannine; Glenn's children, Rebecca, Marshall, Jordan, Austin, Rebecca's boyfriend Raleigh; plus Glenn's friends Susan and Elena came along.

It was the first time seeing the Nutcracker for Glenn Sr. and the only time Jeannine had seen it was before the war.

Jillian Jackson as Clara and Kirsten Bloom as the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Brady Hartley as the Candy Cane Dancer.

Regina Bernardini as the Marzipan Dancer.

Luis Napoles and Angelica Burgos are Arabian Dancers.

Jeannine, Austin, Rebecca, Raleigh, and Glenn Sr. await the feast.

Glenn Sr, Elena, Glenn, Marshall, Jordan behind Rebecca's head, Austin, and Jeannine enjoy an Italian family style dinner after the Nutcracker matinee.

Susan didn't stay around for dinner so no photos this time!

After dinner everyone went to a professional photographer for the first formal family portraits since Marshall was three and an only child.

Apparently the Caesar Salad, Spaghetti, Linguini, and garlic bread wasn't quite enough because after the photographs we ended up at Leatherby's Ice Cream Parlor for sundaes and milk shakes!

We should have gone dancing like our little friend here to work off some of the evening.
